goro's Grass Pendant, featuring the hemp plant, has been in production since the late 1990's. For the American Indians, hemp is considered to be a sacred plant that is offered to god. The veins and stems of the leaves are delicately carved on goro's Grass Pendant, which is an item that represents goro's superb craftsmanship.

Old / New Design
The difference between Old Design and New Design of goro's Grass Pendant is the types of model produced. There is no difference in size and weight.
For Size (L), the regular models of Old Design are only Plain Silver Grass (L) and All Gold Grass (L) and New Design such as Grass with K18 Gold (L) has started to be produced after the year 2000. Plain Silver Grass (L) and All Gold Grass (L) have not been sold in the goro's official store since around 2000, so they are considered rare items.
Regarding size (S), there is no difference between New Design and Old Design. Only Plain Silver Grass (S) and All Gold Grass (S) are sold at goro’s official store.
Special Made / Rare Items
There are rare models such as All Gold Grass with K18 Gold (L).
The item in the photo above was purchased directly from the goro's official store by the previous owner around 2000, and is also in very good condition as it was almost never worn. The chance to get a rare item in such good condition is rare!
