DELTAone delivers goro's to customers all over the world.
We pack your items in a secured package to prevent them from any damages during the shipment. In addition, all shipments are insured. Therefore, customers will not suffer from any losses in the event of an accident.
The shipping procedure is as follows:
Packing
DELTAone packs each item with utmost care in a secured package. We apply insurance from Parcel Pro for each shipment.
UPS Delivery
DELTAone uses international logistics providers to deliver your package.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Under 15,000 HKD：400 HKD
Over 15,000 HKD：FREE
Customs Clearance
Import duties are at the customer's expense. UPS will directly contact you for payment of duties and taxes.
Enjoy your goro's
Your purchased items will be delivered within 7-14 days after the payment is received. Enjoy your goro’s!
Remarks:
Some of the items may be shipped via Hong Kong Post, UPS, DHL, SF Express or other shipping companies.

SF Express Delivery
DELTAone uses local logistics provider SF Express to deliver your package.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Below 2,000 HKD : 100 HKD
Over 2,000 HKD : FREE
SF Locker/Store Pickup
For Hong Kong customers, you can also pick up your items at the SF Locker or SF Store.
