DELTAone delivers goro's to customers all over the world.
We pack your items in multi-layered package to prevent them from any damages during the shipment.
In addition, all shipments are insured. Therefore, customers will not suffer from any losses in the event of an accident.
The shipping procedure is as follows:
Packing
DELTAone packs each items in a bubble wrap and use double-box packaging. We apply insurance from Parcel Pro for each shipment.
UPS Delivery
DELTAone uses international logistics provider UPS to deliver your package.
Delivery charges are as follows:
Below 2,000 HKD：150 HKD
2,000 ~ 15,000 HKD：400 HKD
Over 15,000 HKD：FREE
Customs Clearance
Import duties are at the customer's expense. UPS will directly contact you for payment of duties and taxes.

Your purchased items will be shipped out within 2 to 5 days after the payment is received.

*Note: Orders over 30,000 HKD may be shipped using UPS
Store Pickup
For Hong Kong, you can also pick up your items at our store.
