  1. Standard Chains are 47 cm long (Without eagle hook and Wheel)
  2. Long Chains are 70 cm long (Without eagle hook and Wheel)

Below is the size chart showing bracelet's inner circumference. We recommend you to use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your wrist and find the best fit bracelet using the size chart below. Your palm size should be considered when selecting bracelet size. Actual bracelet size might vary slightly due to unique differences in leather.

goro’s recommend customers to purchase a smaller leather bracelet where the wrist will barely go through. Try using soap or grease to push the leather bracelet through your wrist. It is something to be worn permanently over many years, where you can enjoy the aging of the leather.

Many of our customers ask how should they look after their goro’s. In general we recommend you not to do anything! Goro Takahashi recommended his customers to enjoy the aging of their silver and gold pieces. The changing of the color is called sulfurization. You will see the silver darken while some gold items shine in purple. 

If you really want to clean your goro's item, you can use a silver wipe to polish it gently.

Some of the products on our website are labeled Old Design and New Design. The Old Design is considered the design from the previous mold. In terms of the feathers as an example, the Old design tend to have a narrower chain hole. If you were going to attach it to a Large Cornered Chain, Large Round Chain or Small Round Chain, it will not go through the Old designed feather chain hole. So you would have to go with the Small Cornered Chain or Leather Cable. On the other hand the New Design is the latest mold used, which will have a wider chain hole and all chains will go through this designed feather.

After your shipment is out for delivery, we will send you the tracking number to your email.

For international shipments, the import duty will be paid by you. Once the parcel is imported into your country, the courier will notify you to settle the duty to clear the items through customs. The duty will vary depending on your country of residence, so please check the necessary duties on your own. 

Yes. If you would like us to deliver your items to EF lockers, please enter the locker code and address at the checkout page. You can check this information on the SF Express website.

Yes, shipment insurance will be arranged by us. We will use insurance provided by SF Express for local Hong Kong shipments and Parcel Pro for overseas shipments based on the value of the parcel.

No. We are required to write down the actual cost of the item(s) on the parcel to make sure that it will be fully insured by delivery vendors. Also, we cannot label your order as a gift item.

Yes, we accept international bank transfers. Once you add the item to your shipping card, you can choose “Bank Transfer (International)” as your payment method. You will be prompted to enter the bank information.

All bank charges are borne by the customer, which includes local, intermediary, and overseas bank charges. We recommend using Wise (TransferWise), a money transfer service, for customers living outside Hong Kong. TransferWise can significantly reduce fees for international bank transfers.
