In the unlikely event that you purchase a non-genuine goro’s item from us, we will give you a full refund. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
Customers should note that many of our products are pre-owned or used. We will not accept any exchange unless there is a substantial quality issue, such as the product being broken, bent, and/or torn. We will not accept returns of certain products including any discounted or on-sale products that are listed on our website and/or in our physical retail store. Our products are eligible for return or exchange up to 5 calendar days after receipt of product. If 5 days have passed since the receipt of the product, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in the same condition at the time of purchase. It must also be returned in the original seal. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the product must be returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, customers will need to contact us via email at email@example.com or visit our physical store located in No. 66, G/F, Mira Place 2, 118-130 Nathan Road, Hong Kong, within 5 calendar days after the receipt or purchase of the product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
