Please message us if you are interested in goro's buyback service. We will forward you the Buyback Application. Once you finish filling out the form, we will begin with the buyback process.

Please bring your items in-person or deliver it to our retail store. We will then inspect and assess your items.

We will call you to confirm the offering price for the items. Once you accept our offer, we will ask you to sign the Purchase Agreement and submit a copy of your government-issued ID (e.g. Passport, HKID).

Once we receive the signed Purchase Agreement, we will transfer the amount (based on the price in the agreement) to your bank account within one week from the date of the agreement.
