At DELTAone, YOU CAN BE ASSURED OF ONLY GENUINE GORO’S ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you purchase a non-genuine goro’s item from us, we will give you a full refund. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
Customers should note that many of our products are pre-owned or used. We will not accept any return or exchange for any products after placing an order unless there is a substantial-quality issue, such as the product being broken, bent, and/or torn at the point of purchase or is not authentic. If there is a substantial-quality issue at the point of purchase, products are eligible for return or exchange up to 5 calendar days after receipt of product. If 5 days have passed since the receipt of the product, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition at the time of purchase. It must also be returned in the original seal. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the product must be returned to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, customers will need to contact us via email at support@deltaone.com.hk or visit our physical store located in No. 66, G/F, Mira Place 2, 118-130 Nathan Road, Hong Kong, within 5 calendar days after the receipt or purchase of the product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To request an exchange, customers will need to contact us via email at support@deltaone.com.hk or visit our physical store located in No. 66, G/F, Mira Place 2, 118-130 Nathan Road, Hong Kong, within 5 calendar days after the receipt or purchase of the product. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If you are approved, then we will contact you to arrange the exchange.

To return your product, first please email us at support@deltaone.com.hk. We will inform you of the mailing address to complete the return process via email. Alternatively, return requests can be processed at our physical store located in No. 66, G/F, Mira Place 2, 118-130 Nathan Road, Hong Kong.
