【Caution】Please be aware of fraudulent/fake websites

At this time, we have confirmed the existence of a fake website that fraudulently uses our company’s product photos without our permission to engage in fraudulent activities by falsely claiming to sell products at significantly lower prices than the regular market price.
Incidents of damages, such as not receiving the ordered products even after payment or receiving a completely different product may occur. There is also a possibility of unauthorized access to customers’ personal information. Therefore, we sincerely urge customers to exercise extreme caution and refrain from using such fraudulent websites.
【Characteristics of Fake/Fraudulent Websites】
・Japanese expressions are unconventional and unnatural.
・Product photos are taken from other official websites without permission, images may be cropped to remove unwanted information.
・Accepting to remove the commercial invoice from the shipment - Commercial Invoices are mandatory for all international shipments that are sent with an international carrier regardless of being a gift.
・Lack of company information and/or a discrepancy between the company’s business name.
・The bank account does not match the company.
・The return address is using a baggage forwarding company.
・There is no contact phone number.
・The registered address does not exist or uses a cloud servicing company.
・The contact information on whois domain is hidden.
・Company’s address is different from the country the store operates in.

Fraudulent Website

In the unfortunate event of making purchases from the fraudulent website above, please organise the details of your purchase, email correspondence, payment slip proof, and etc. Then, consult with the Local Police or Consumer Council Services Centre (e.g. https://www.consumer.org.hk/en/complaints-and-services).
Additionally, if you have made a bank transfer or credit card payment, please inform the financial institution or credit company.
